【Major Roles and Responsibilities】
Develop key growth sales tactics and action plans
Achieve various ROI and KPIs
Be well-versed in luxury consumer electronics and accessories
Ensure global alignment and brand compliance for all sales related activities, projects, and campaigns
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in luxury brand sectors
Partner with distributors and international customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual and monthly sales targets
Establish business development and sales strategies for global markets
Conduct global market research and regularly share insights with the sales and marketing teams
Analyze consumer behaviors and attitudes to forecast future sales trends in the luxury consumer electronics market
Stay current on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices
【Job Requirements】
Must be based in Amsterdam or the Randstad region
Must be fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
Must have a valid Dutch working permit
Proven work experience in sales and business development of luxury consumer electronics and accessories
Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies of luxury consumer electronics and accessories in global markets
Fluency in German, French, and Dutch would be highly desirable
Must be able to travel to tradeshows in the US, EU, and Asia
Strong communication, sales, project management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in sales, budgeting and forecasting, working with distributors, as well as conflict management and business negotiation processes
