What is covered:

•The repair or replacement of your appliance if deemed to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within one year of purchase or delivery (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture), Thora will repair or replace it with a functional replacement part.

•This warranty will only be valid if the appliance is used in the country in which it was sold.

What is not covered:

•The internal titanium (three-ring) module isn't a replacement part or consumable. You can maintain the module by cleaning. It is normal for the surface to oxidize due to long-term use. (If you need to purchase a new titanium module due to special circumstances, please contact Thora customer service.)

•Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than ELF or its authorised agents.
•Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.
•Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the appliance which is not in

accordance with the ELF Operating Manual.
•Use of the appliance for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
•Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Thora.
•Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Thora components.
•Damage or failure caused by inhalation of unknown foreign matter, water vapor or liquid into the product.

Summary of coverage:

•The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
•You must provide proof of (both the original and the subsequent) purchase / delivery before any work can be carried out on your appliance. •Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable. Keep your receipt or delivery note.
•All work will be carried out by Thora or its authorised agents.
•Any original parts which are replaced by Thora will become the property of Thora.
•The repair or replacement of your Thora appliance under warranty will not extend the period of guarantee warranty.
•The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
